Our Distressed Assets department is staffed with seasoned professionals who avail of a broad skillset which they acquired during their many years of engagement in the real estate market, and who have a long-term working relationship with premier banks, institutional and private owners, and insolvency trustees. The team’s services are primarily geared towards the needs of banks and financial institutions, who often seek advice with respect to mortgaged properties, usually resulting in the sale of the collateral.

However, the services of Distressed Assets may also be of interest to owners who need to "clean up" their portfolio by divesting properties which do not meet bank requirements in terms of their LTV, as well as to other entities who hold a pledge title to real estate securing their claims.
