Our Property Management desk currently looks after a portfolio of more than 50 properties across the entire country. Our team of experienced professionals provides services to domestic and foreign investors with whom we entertain long-term relationships. Our goal is to ensure the smooth operation of all properties with which we have been entrusted; an integral part of this effort are on-going reviews of operating expenses and their optimisation, so as to increase the value of the properties managed by us and to achieve the projected yields.
